COMPANY BACKGROUND
Plymax Veneer was setup in 1993 to provide Veneer Lamination services to the furniture manufacturers in Malaysia.

We believe veneer laminated products/components will be one of the major requirement of the furniture industries.

Our factory is currently located at Pt. Jamil Industrial Estate and we have a builtup area of 43,000 sq. ft. There ate 2 lamination lines that could generates up to 50,000sq. ft. of laminated boards per day and our current workforce is about 100 employees.

SERVICES And PRODUCTS

We specialised in panel length(4' x 8') and cut-to-size(boards) laminations. Veneers popularly used are Red Oak, Cherry, Maple, Steamed Beech, Eastern Knotty Pine, White Oak, American Ash and some other local species like Nyatoh, KSK or Ramin.

Our veneers are usually 0.60mm in thickness (except Easten Knotty Pine at 1.0mm) and are laminated on Medium Density Fibreboards, Particle boards or plywood at various thickness ranging from 3.0mm to 30mm.

As for backers lamination we have the local rotary peeled veneers and Gatorply.

99% of our products are produced for furniture manufacturers that export their finished products to USA, Europe, Middle, China, Japan, Korea and also to Australia and South America.
